WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
As a natural product, mangoes may sometimes have defects which are beyond our control. However, at Arihant Mangoes, we strive to provide the best quality and do our best to ensure that every mango we sell meets your expectations. Despite this, as mangoes are a perishable fruit, we do not have any return, refund, or replacement policies once an order has been placed.
DO YOU USE ANY ARTIFICIAL RIPENERS?
Arihant Mangoes is proud to supply only organic and natural Original Alphonso Mangoes, handpicked and free from any chemical treatments. Our commitment to providing the best quality and most authentic product is what sets us apart. Rest assured, we do not use any artificial ripeners in our mangoes.
HOW TO TREAT THE MANGOES ONCE RECEIVED ?
To ensure the best quality of our Original Alphonso Mangoes, please follow these storage and handling instructions:

Do not open the boxes before the date indicated on the box.

Avoid storing the boxes on cold surfaces like marble.

Allow 9-10 days for natural ripening in a less humid climate and 4-5 days in a hot and humid climate.

Observe the natural change in color before removing the fruit from the box.

Store the boxes in a dry, shaded place.

Do not use artificial ripening methods.

Arrange the ripe fruit on newspaper and wait a day before consuming to avoid any bitter taste.

Soak the ripe fruit in water for 1-2 hours before consumption.
"Please handle the mangoes carefully and avoid miss handling or improper handling. If the fruit is unripe/green, it should be placed back in the box as it was packed and allowed to ripen for a few more days. Since mangoes are a natural fruit, it may take a few extra days to fully ripen. We try to send the best quality fruit but there may be 5-6 mangoes in a box that may become rotten due to various reasons as it is a perishable product in the end. Use with care."
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Arihant Mangoes is committed to providing the best quality and fresh mangoes to our customers. However, as mangoes are a perishable fruit, we do not offer returns, refunds or replacements. We carefully handpick and pack each box to ensure that the mangoes reach you in good condition. In the rare event of damage or spoilage during transportation, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
To avoid any inconvenience, we request you to consider the following points before placing an order:

Mangoes take a few days to ripen naturally and may take a bit longer in colder climates.

Do not open the boxes before the open date mentioned on the box.

Do not apply any artificial ripeners on the fruit.

Do not store the boxes in sunlight or on a cold floor (e.g. marble).

Keep the ripened fruit in normal water for 1-2 hours before consuming.
